Co-creation leadership is leadership in the generic sense of attempting to achieve results through or with other actors. It is more ‘leadership’ than ‘management’, as it involves engaging, inspiring, and motivating actors, facilitating and giving direction to interactive processes, and, finally, ensuring progress towards problem-solving and public value production (Bryson et al., 2021).
