  1. metaanalüüs on juhtimishuvilistele ja juhtimisvaldkonnas uurimustöö tegijale väga väärtuslik;
  2. tekstis on analüüsimisel neli juhtimisstiili ning ainuüksi erinevatest juhtimisstiilidest mõtlemine võib olla kasulik neile, kes juhtimise eest palka saavad. Minuni jõudvad juhtimispraktikad on domineerivalt kakofoonilised. Ei saa küll välistada, et see ongi stiil ja teadlik valik, kuid siis tuleks otsida vastust küsimusele, et miks selline stiil kasulik võiks olla.
